One of her sisters is named Connie. Her mother, Mimi Rafferty is an English teacher at a private all-girls school in Connecticut. She has 3 sisters. Is a graduate of The Yale School of Drama. Daughter Oona Gray Seppala, born October 22, 2007. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael G. Rafferty, Jr. of New Canaan, Connecticut, and daughter-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Antti V. Seppala of Lake Forest, Illinois. Her husband graduated from Yale and received an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and is a stock research analyst in the asset management unit of Lazard Frères & Company in New York. His father is an independent pharmaceuticals industry consultant in Lake Forest. Married in a ceremony at the Roman Catholic Church of St. Mary in Greenwich, Connecticut, performed by the Rev. Alfred Riendeau.
